30 - clean and jerk @135
I did 360 for the back squat, with my max currently at 400. Finished Grace in 2:57.
Looking forward to reading more gains! I don't do diets, so I won't have much to say about that, very happy being strong and thick [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

Not joking, 2:57 was my time when I did Grace on 3/4/19
BS #s are nice. Yesterday strength was Front Squat with 4 sec pause at bottom. 1 rep every 30 sec for 10 reps, performed mine at 235# (my 85%)
HS walk work, and death by burpees at the end (I hate them)
