1. Does this remove a single spell, or does this work on "counters"?

I.e., wiki says this removes 36 disease counters. If someone has a disease on them that is 35 counters, will this remove it every time? An if they have a single disease effect with 37 counters, will 2 casts always remove it?

1. Is blindness considered a disease, poison, or neither? (from entropy serpents, for instance

1. I don't see a similar shammy spell for poison. I see Counteract Poison, which seems to remove an effect, as opposed to counters. Am I missing something?
