3. Claims if they weren't intending to kill the mob that it is a stall. Aftermath clearly had every intention of killing the mob. Hence it's HP constantly going down the entire time they were engaged on it.

So let me get this straight.
You had multiple groups, the definition of a raid, FTE the mob. Your raid was attempting to kill the mob. Then your raid died and the mob didn't.
