Got it
After searching through my computer files(after following every piece of advice even remotely related to logging in...) I realized that i still had the everquest client installed from SoE's website (haven't played in over 2 years, thats why i forgot). After deleting that whole ordeal and reinstalling titanium, it works perfectly.
Hope this helps anyone as empty headed as me... Figured my Character Choice was fitting
