Probiotics are always essential for gut health and digestion. I prefer taking a pill every day. I drink a lot of kefir and kevita. The main thing is doing it consistently / daily since they don’t stay very long in our gut.

I also overpay for sparkling black tea. It helps me when I'm craving something but I don't know what I could possibly do without resorting to drugs or shit food.
Today I did some deadlifts with this rowing routine
1000m
10 push ups
750m
20 push ups
500m
30 push ups
250m
40 push ups
normally you do 20/30/40/50 push ups but they are still a little hard for me. I blame having long arms.
Anyway its a pretty good one. Especially after heavy Deadlifts because the rowing is a similar motion.
