If you're in Qeynos hang out outside the gates at night and play with the decaying skellies. Make a beeline for any carrying weapons -- especially staffs. Those will net you 1pp each and bone chips will sell to your fellow players for ~10pp/stack. Money seems to come much more easily on this server than what I remember from live, but that may just be from the residual knowledge of what to kill and keep/sell from all those years ago...
