on Monday I talked a 20-year old girl out of getting a free promotional tattoo for buying $150 in weed in a local shop on the coming holiday of 4/20. She's a shopkeep at a head shop who has sort of a crush on me. She turns 21 on 4/18 or something so she's like building it up into a big deal. "My first legal 4/20!" is a phrase she used.
She said she was planning on getting a weed leaf on her ankle, so she could show it to her kids someday and say "this is a thing I did". I made a face and told her to ruminate on it. She said, "what's that word mean?" I explained and she got all doe-eyed, "that's such a smart word..." I told her she needs to know these words to be a veterinarian (which she is in school for). That mommy energy really got her off. It was executed quite beautifully. I've been suuuper charming lately.
I also got her to quit drinking soda. she's like 3 weeks clean. I'm honestly a prettygood influence on the earth.
