I think racism is used to make immigration a wedge issue. That we actually have upped the amount of immigration in this country to the point where it does -- to minor degree -- lower wages.

But that's the primary reason wages are what they are and lower classes have less. Just one aspect that's easy to get people on board with. It's easier for conformist minded people to blame Mexicans than it is to blame the leaders they are supposed to look up to.

I say immigration should be greatly reduced. But that is effectively asking those that own various industries for higher wages. So it hasn't happened yet.

Meanwhile there are a lot of useful idiot liberals out there that don't see the impact constant immigration has on our political system. Or they expect to much out of working class whites.
