There is, but you need to have a paid subscription and once you have a paid subscription, your account can never be free to play anymore.

This also depends on someone buying the item with real money and selling on the in game marketplace, and free accounts can not access the marketplace at all. Even if they could, the in game prices they sell for are so astronomically high that you will never be able to acquire that much money on a free account anyway.
