The reason is simple: A) both MQing and recharging are arguably exploits, but are sort of in a gray area, and B) dealing with recharging/multi-questing issues would be a drag on staff time.
So, both mechanics are kept in the game (on Blue at least, Red doesn't even allow recharging I believe), but they are very explicitly "do at your own risk" activities. |
Dude...MQing is not an exploit lol.
Quests had that function written in specifically as evidenced by NPCs having text when you turn in individual parts of the quest.
