- Convince those people

Alternatively you can do anything else you want. You can rant and rave here until you're blue in the face, for instance. But it won't do you or anyone else any good: if you want to change the agreement, you have to put in the effort to do so "on the ground". |
You're overcomplicating it. It would be more efficient to convince the state to engage in violence on your behalf against all counterrevolutionaries. Rotate shady goblin now.
