You can get an exquisite 2h for 5-6k. with the primary hand bonus, they are just as good or better due to min/max damage relations when hitting high level mobs. It's unlikely many people will suddenly switch to using this who weren't already using it. 55 + Pal/SK who don't have their epics or a better not drop item is a very small population.
