I'm a big fan of chickpeas. Lentils. Black beans. Pinto. Or whatever those Navajo ones are.
Zuchinni. Pumpkin. Eggplant.
Plantains > potatoes.
I've cut way back on corn, potato, soy, and bleached stuff.
Love unprocessed oats too. Rolled. Steel cut is ok.
I want to learn how to make ghee.
