Ooooh I can't wait for the camp disputes on this one. GM's might want to get ahead of the nerd rage and just establish ground rules now. I say make it like Scout and have open rolls due to no variance.
Assuming no FTE message at least yet. What constitutes claiming the camp? FD monk in the room? Must clear camp for 24 hours straight? Is it the King Tranix rule? So many questions!

The GMs never established ground rules with Scout: the players did, and the GMs agreed to enforce that player-made agreement.
The same thing will likely have to happen with any Chardok-related mobs ... and knowing the server's population I just don't see such an agreement getting the necessary consensus anytime soon. I could be wrong about the players, or about Rogean (maybe he'll see the problem and decide an agreement will save him and the rest of the staff a lot of headaches), but history says otherwise.
