Here are the Lucy stacking pages for
Major Shielding and
Yaulp IV. As you can see, neither buff is listed on the other's pages, which indicates that they should stack. I mention this because, although Lucy has live data, it's data matches how the vast vast majority of spells work on Project 1999 (I recently compiled a
Buff Line wiki page and was able to rely heavily on Lucy's stacking data).

It seems there's two possibilities:
- This is a rare instance of classic stacking being different from Lucy's (live) data
- It's a bug
I thought I'd file the ticket just to be safe, and if this is a deliberate classic departure from live then please disregard.
