It could just be that magic based nukes are off somehow, because in pvp elemental and poisons seem to function well.

its not even worth trying to cast my poison dot (& ppl got like wut, 33 PR?) + not even mana efficient to begin with
even heat blood gets resisted, and I use to kept that 1 memmed at 65+ np... all the necro heats under 60 had like a special pvp mod to land like 75% of the time. Maybe we don't need all that for a level 40 server, but it still should land ezpz with -100 check since any1 with brain will pell anyway
I mean fuck look at the ss above with 10 lifespike resists on a tash mob. It's indefensible. I'm not saying casters need to be godmode but cmon wtf.
unless we want the whole server to be paladins chain casting blind and greater heal, that might be ezier to balance
