Being a workout critic id trade the power walk for that 10k run, and swap the outdated sit ups for either pull ups if you can do them or rows if you can't, and you would have a nice daily light 80 minute workout mostly comprised of the 6 mile run

But you'd need to step it up a little harder eventually to some weights. Only some mystical prodigy is going to get any gains from such a weak workout.. Someone capable of destroying people in a single punch.
