Who decides to get an abortion 9 months into a pregnancy anyway? I bet some psycho will eventually.
Some doctor will have PTSD from having to strangle a fully grown baby to death with his bare hands soon.
Maybe they should just set up a wood chipper, then the pregnant woman squeezes out the baby after 9 months but instead of a doctor to take the baby out, it goes directly into a wood chipper.
You could use the bloody slush as chum for the lobby aquarium. Finally, an excuse to get sharks.
