It's a fine idea to place 10% of your capital into risky investing, especially if you're young, as it has potential to go up. The problem is that poor people with fuck all for capital or investment knowledge hopped on the reddit hodl retard bus and put their money into an obvious scam. This is just yet another reason why poor people stay poor.
