Anecdotally, my ranger seems to take more of a beating from froglok foragers, and take longer to kill them when this bug is in effect (for Rangers their dodge and parry drop by like 80 and their offence/weapon skills take a hit too... Fortunately Rangers cap their defence at like level 39, so at least that doesn't get any worse!).
But you know what anecdotes can be like!
If only I had the time to investigate this properly, and maybe have a healer on hand to let me take a beating for a wider duration of time.
