It is being reported that protection for dreamers is being offered for the term of 2 to 3 years, not automatic amnesty. Democrats are already signaling that they aren't going to go for that.
Trump could offer amnesty for dreamers in exchange for border wall funding and Democrats would still reject it.

you do realize that's not how it works... right? that you literally have it backwards, that congress makes the offers and trumps rejects or accepts, and that it's democrats who keep making offers that mitch mcconnell rejects before it even reaches the president.
