After my medication ran out and sent me into chemical menopause, I gained about 25lbs from October to halfway through December, 190-215. Since I got back on them mid-Dec, I’m back down to 203 and feeling human shaped again. Feeling better about appearance is making me want to push harder — I’ve been walking a ton this week, think at least 20 miles over three days, trying to do rough calorie counts for what I eat (1500-2000 target), and really trying to cut out liquid calories.

Back on HRT now for.. roughly the next year or so. I’m not going to run out as long as I keep this insurance and that’s a hugeee weight off my mind. Got computer testing supporting my adhd diagnosis and been on Adderall for the past few days.. I think it’s helping me be immensely more productive. Feels like a deal with the devil, but for now, things in 2019 are going extremely well!
