I don't have any 60 char on red, but i do have a lot of chars from 20 to 51. I can count the times that i have been attacked on one hand, and i didn't die to any PvP on any char yet.
Some of my chars were indeed showered with gifts, worth more than any gift that i ever received on blue. There are a few exceptionally nice guys on red that are actively helping newbies. Of course there are a few sociopaths as well, so when you get to the higher levels so that their characters can attack you, you will probably be attacked from time to time. The journey to 50 doesn't usually have a lot of PvP.

Kind of the definition of a dead pvp server man. Pretty sure the pvp at 60 is minimal as well. I mean it’s great server for people with no social skills and no pvp skills.
