I'm from Seattle. We don't follow those old people rules here. It's winter, i'm by the ocean, and i'm bald... Why would i choose to wear a sweatshirt and pants to cover all exposed body parts, but leave my head naked for heat to escape? Sounds counter productive to me. I'm cold, i'm bald, i'm gonna wear a hat....
