Happy New Year my gainers!! How'd everybody hold up during the holidays? I definitely blew diet, but gym routine stayed the same, consistent, and really i only blew diet on dinners... Not a single pound gained, not a single pound lost.. Ridiculous.. However i have increased weight on all big compound exercises, so that's gotta mean something.. Here i am blowing diet on my anniversary last weekend
