I'd like to add the following commentary:
With a faction neck it all worked fine.
With AoN click skeleton, also works and fixes faction with the dwarf in kaladim.
I handed in with AON click up and it turns out faelia is super kos to skeletons. (clicked off before she aggrod).
So use a faction neck to fix/borrow one.
