Occlusion of Sound
Best way to get this to drop?? Or if anyone has a list of mobs that can drop or if anyone has killed something and seen it drop please post as many options as possible. Soloable mobs or dungeon mobs would be great have been slaughtering WW dragons so far to no avail.
PS: I am in ALS the greatest guild on Norrath so I cannot just purchase this in EC. Thankyou so much my fellow Norrathians and Merry Christmas!
