Of course hard times are coming. Trump can't fix everything. What happens when the state of Illinois can't meet its pension obligations? There are like 10-15 states with pension funds completely underwater due to the Federal Reserve's eternal 0% interest rate policy. If we hadn't elected Trump, we'd be having the nationwide riots that France is having right now. Trump is the effect, not the cause.
We are in a Fourth Turning, where decades of r-selected excess have destroyed the integrity of our political system and our economy. The last Fourth turning was 4 generations ago: 1930-1950. Economic depression, trade wars, 'strongmen' political leaders, and eventually shooting war. That's what's coming.
