Interesting link (did read), and I agree that education and mental health should be funded more than it is at all levels of government. How such educational reforms might pan out is a different question. Again, I don't support the banning of guns.

What within a better funded mental health and education scenario would lead to a reduction in gun violence? As in what kind of information would need to be divulged en masse? What psychological parameters might come into play?
