Bloodgills in LOIO are the best solo xp in the game in the 40s if you are able to kill them without much downtime. It's even fast as a duo. 12 spawns happening every 12-15 min or so, they range from lvl 35-39. There is definitely an underwater ZEM that's noticeable. I believe they hit slightly harder than the tundra yeti's but have less hp.
Most casters don't attempt gills until 44ish due to resists. But a twinked ranger with harmony/snare should be able to handle these. Assuming you can afford your own EB item, it's worth a shot. If too hard, definitely attempt again at 44-45.
