Default WTB Fine Velvet Cloak from PoS Island 4 Boss loot rights.
I am looking for loot rights to a Fine Velvet Cloak from Island 4 boss, Keeper of Souls. My ranger is parked on Island 4 and is ready to loot. The payment is parked on a mule in EC.
