to me the "rape culture" is a constellation of psych features, deriving from the infliction of retard norm culture upon weak minds, that motivates sexual violence. It can exist inside of, and be propagated by, people who will never commit an act of sexual violence. I think it's basically misogyny under another name. It's that thing that lives inside well-adjusted str8 boys which gives me scared shivers when I catch a glimpse of it. And it's definitely real.
