Took me forever to find Watchmen arms and boots. If I can find the name of the person who made mine, I will Pm it to you. Took me 2 or 3 weeks just to find someone.
If you're a warrior, get the boots as well. Its a +30 dex buff that stacks with shamans dex buff.
