Famous Dave’s pickles are my benchmark for delicious pickles that enhance whatever it is I’m eating, but I wasn’t sure how national a chain they were. I’m delighted to hear you enjoy them similarly. Those pickles on pulled pork are holy experience. At the local Amish market they sold habanero infused bread and butter pickles which were fireball hot and made amazing chicken nachos and an awesome sandwich (toasted bun, whole chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, habanero/coconut/mango sauce, and a few of those inferno pickles) which I totally stole and improved the idea from Dominoes’. Yeah I like pickles a lot.
