Just a friendly reminder - you may not be KOS to the guards or the merchants, but you're still hated by the NPCs from the various guilds around Neriak.
And as such, be extra careful when trying to bank. There is an NPC named Razran F`Lok near the bank who aggro'd me today when I was running through the streets. Luckily my Feign Death worked on the first attempt, but you don't have that ability. So just be cautious in the Commons and be especially cautious near open doors.
