Unions are only good for the incompetents. Everyone else loses: - Employers, especially the government, go bankrupt. Half of the reason all of our states are bankrupt is public employee union pensions (the other half is the Federal Reserve).

Doesn't matter how you feel about unions. The fact that you want the government to enforce their illegality stands in stark contrast to your ideology and makes you a hypocrite.
They are the one weapon the non-wealthy have against the capitalist class. If you're going to kick and scream for less regulation and a freer market, that also means less regulation of unions, and a free and unfettered right for labor to bargain for their wage collectively - which is currently far from the norm.
Good things that have happened only because of unions and socialists:
- Child labor laws
- Health care benefits
- 40 hour work week
- Paid vacation, sick leave, workers compensation
