I've always been a firm believer in that R&F shouldn't be moderated unless obvious illegal activity is occurring within due to liability issues (I.E bomb threats, dropping addresses, and illicit material) basically anything that can get the FBI or some lawsuit rolling in with full force. People come to this sub-forum specifically to vent, post stupid shit, attention whore and or troll which is the nature of this forum being marked NSFW in order to pool this material away from off-topic and general chat which related directly to server discussion or more intellectual discussions.

I'm also a fair believer in that in-game bans should only be warranted if the "integrity" of the server is put into question. Obviously you want to remove hacks and exploits and the people that abuse those things because it compromises the sever on all levels from the players to the staff by dragging the name of the server through mire and putting the database at risk... However I don't believe player disputes should warrant banishment from the community considering those are isolated incidents which do not harm the server integrity only the pride and ego of those involved.

As to why R&F posts and player disputes are policed so heavily, and far more maliciously than any other infraction is beyond my comprehension. As to why the staff takes such a heavy-handed approach to player squabbles and much more frequently than people abusing exploits or blatantly 2boxing, using showEQ and detrimental posts in other sub-forums is rather odd.

Again Uthgaard and several other staff members are taking the roll of "beat cops" in a sense they're cracking down on generally harmless and somewhat mundane issues and further tarnishing player relations on all fronts by creating an atmosphere of "walking on egg-shells"granted we play by privilege but you also rule by privilege and it doesn't make any sense to consistently respond to allegations in such a malicious way, or routinely and zealously police threads about the subject.
