if you are not ingesting raw greens enough you wont accomplish much, its your biggest source of vitamins and energy
you are probably taking more then double the protein and carbs you need
spinach is just one green and unless your growing it yourself I wouldn't bother
all commercially purchased vegetables have almost nothing in them because they use growth hormones to make it grow faster so it can be marketed further from where its grown.

Not only that but i take a fair share of daily vitamins and supplements. Aka i supplement what i can't get from eating.. That's what supplements are for. I can't raise my own proteins, and harvest my own fruits/veggies in a 2 bedroom apartment. I think you need to be a bit more realistic man.
