7kcal/g alcohol.
4kcal/g protein.
4kcal/g carbohydrates.

Fats are good for satiety. There’s no functional difference in macros in terms of weight gain and total calorie consumption. 2k of lard = 2k of beer = 2k of sugar = 2k of whey powder.
