Plop a mule in EC and WTB for ~20k. Eventually you'll find someone who hates EC and just wants some quick plat to trick out an alt. Nobody who tunnelquests all day is motivated to sell, they're happy to sit around in EC all day long. I bought one last week for 19k, you just have to find a motivated seller/normal person.
Its a great quality of life item and worth the pricetag, just have patience and you'll find one. 51-54 off Felwithe guards pays for most if not all of it anyways, Necros print money while leveling.
