20 for SK is double attack and dmg cap gone, which feels great, plus Circlet of Shadow is clickable at 20, giving you early access to that. Feign Death and Gather Shadows at 30 are cool, but most spells are scattered all over the place for SK (ie. Invoke Fear isn't until lvl49, and kiting with basic Fear is awful). Methinks 20 is first lifechanger, then it's level by level minor improvements.
