That's actually a really good point. But I don't think quakes get socked until it's the very last day of the month and still no 2nd quake.

Before this 2 quake per month business. quakes are rare and unplanned. It was extremely unique and exiting when one happened. But now people are able to plan for them.
So basically they just need to say quakes are no longer guaranteed
