But if you're serious about suppressing appetite without drugs, there's a real simple way: don't eat anything with a glycemic index above 60 (and try to stay lower if you can). Basically it means no white flour (you can still have wheat), no sugar, and no white rice.

If you can do that for two weeks I can all but guarantee it will lower your appetite. In essence your body right now is addicted to sugar and other high glycemic food sources, but after a couple weeks of being "clean" it will stop being addicted to them, and as a result you'll be a lot less hungry.

Just so you know I totally agree with you. I already don't eat anything for days at a time though. I just wan't to not feel it at all like after day4.
