http://www.fohguild.org/forums/mmorp...expansion.html) On the first few pages they discuss a rather recent (luclin maybe) nerf to charm. That obviously won't happen here for 2 reasons.
1. We will never see Luclin besides looking in the night sky.
2. Charm could not possibly get any shittier.
