I'm 99% certain they wouldn't. Whether the guy lied about it or not, picking something up off the ground is not against the server rules.

Yup. I
think that even might have worked here once, but there was some issue with it (maybe technical, maybe players doing stupid stuff with dropped coins) that made the devs disable it. But it also might just be a Titanium issue which never worked.
