Regardless of her claims, an off duty cop should have no right to enter private property and gun down the resident within. I agree and i'm 999% sure this happens all the time. We have a very undisciplined and anarchic society, the rule of law only applies if your captured alive and white color, then it only applies if you know the right people, and there's nothing to be gained from making an example of you, aka it can be spun/hidden/propoganda'd away.
