This is a shot in the dark, but sometimes when people have problems with specific zones its because something is wrong with the zone file. If you have (or can create) a second installation and copy over all of the files that start with "qey2hh1" from the fresh installation to your's, that might help ... or not.
P.S. I don't think the patch files modify any of those files, but if they do you may also need to re-patch afterwards.
