I think some confusion around these spawns exists because they
have changed, specifically when Splitpaw was revamped and Phido/Grisok/et al were moved out into SK. Things got switched around.

I think in pre-revamp Splitpaw, Ren'Rex was Phido's placeholder, but that got switched around when they were moved out into SK, and things were changed to be like the Angelfire page (Lenrel instead). But everyone back then was still going off old spoiler sites saying "just kill Ren'Rex!", which were written during the Paw era.
