i have this same problem and so does someone else i know. how do you fix it? it's pretty annoying

i'm up to date with the current files also. using win7 64 bit. seems to be related to being in windowed mode, because if i click the desktop i see the levitate working properly. but if i am clicked in game it just shakes really fast and hard to look at
