The guy wasnt even online, then an hour later his "alt" shows up. I guess that context is lost becuase of timestamps not being in the screen shot, but that converstion was over the course of an hour.

So what? That's perfectly fine if the current camp holder
has not yet looted an idol from the named mob.
You'd have an argument if they guy was sitting there with an idol in his inventory.
But you didn't/don't know that.
